The surface-treatment line of Korea Surface Treatment Co., Ltd.
is equipped with a large-scale chemical processing system based on fully automated and semi-automated equipment for
improving the corrosion resistance of aluminum components and maximizing paint adhesion.
With a range of pretreatment technologies, including eco-friendly processes,
we are enhancing the quality competitiveness of the domestic aerospace industry.
Available Processes
ANODIZING
- Applied Processes : CAA, BSA, TSA
- Function: Improvement of corrosion resistance and paint adhesion of aluminum components.
CHEMICAL CONVERSION COATING
- Applied Processes : CCC
- Function: Providing basic corrosion resistance and improving paint adhesion.
PRE-PENETRANT ETCHING
- Pre-treatment stage of the metal surface before fluorescent penetrant inspection.
